The Benefits of Concierge Membership
 
Does Concierge offer any kind of guarantee? No, However, utilizing the services of a Concierge has the convenience versus searching for those vendors yourself. The vendors, which are used by CMS, are vendors that were referred to CMS as qualified vendors. We consistently follow up on each service provider and each member after a request has been completed so we have feedback on the service of the vendor. If we receive more than 3 negative responses, the vendor will no longer be referred by CMS. We make sure that each vendor where it applies is licensed and bonded and they are in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
   
How does Concierge Member Services match me with a service professional? Once you are a member and you are logged in, you will request the category, which fits your needs. Enter a Description of what assistance you need and the best time to reach you. You will be contacted by CMS or up to three (3) qualified vendors. You can also utilize your personal address book and enter your own contacts that you are already comfortable using. You can log in at any time at any computer with internet access that you have available and view your address book for your phone numbers. Premium services will be available shortly, which would include patch through calling, personal phone assistance, and appointment setting.
   
Do I have to use the professionals recommended by Concierge? No, if you do not like any of the vendors that you were referred, please let us know. We can assign a new vendor to contact you immediately.
   
How do I know I'm getting matched with the right company for my project? If you describe your situation in detail when requesting a need, we will be sure to assign a company that can service you. If you find that a company is not able to handle your project in full or in part, please let us know immediately of the situation. We can be reached atsupport@conciergememberservices.com.
   
   
The Concierge Screening Process
 
What do companies have to do to become a certified Concierge vendor? An interested Vendor would need to register on the home page of this website. Once received by CMS, and the vendor is contacted and researched, the vendor will either be accepted or declined. A referred Vendor would need to post that they were referred by for follow-up by CMS, as these are generally our preferred vendors. Vendors must be available to respond to our member's requests and set an appointment within the requested time frame. We rely on getting feedback from our members and if we have difficulty with a vendor in following through or not handling the service calls properly or professionally, it is important that the member inform us.

What sets Concierge Member Services apart from other internet vendor referral services? Concierge Member Services is designed to service members, not the public in whole. This is an elite service where the member sees the benefits in comparison to other internet vendor referral services.

Why should a member continue their membership past their free trial period? Once a member registers, and if they take advantage of this service, they will find themselves relieved to know that they have one place to contact to handle many facets of their needs. Whether you travel once a year, need a new landscaper or house cleaner, need to shop for a new car, need to make a dentist appointment, find a decorator, mechanic, window replacement company, get the locks changed, you never realize how much time on an annual basis that it takes to handle the details of finding these services on your own. In addition, Concierge Member Services sets itself apart by including a personal online "secure" address book where the member can add their own preferred vendors.

The member's contacts can be uploaded from another contact management system such as Outlook or you can download your contacts from CMS into another management system. The advantage is that a member's address book on CMS is "online". It is secure and cannot be viewed by the public. With premium services available shortly, you will be able to just call CMS and we can access and patch you to your doctor's office or hairdresser, or we can set the appointment for you.

A member also has the advantage of emailing directly from their address book. If a member likes a vendor that was referred by CMS, they will be placed into the member's address book as a favorite vendor that the member can use for future reference. If the member requests CMS to place a flag for a certain vendor to be contacted at later intervals, a reminder will be sent out at the requested time for contact.
